Job Description

• The Bid Manager will lead the Bid Response Development process. Management of individual bids covering all solution offerings with Xalted on large-scale complex bids, Ensure, through a full understanding, that appropriate offerings, within a complete and competitive solution, are proposed to meet the client requirements: leading the bid process through all stages from qualification through to handover the implementation team, whilst developing and maintaining best practice throughout the bid cycle.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-

• Management of bid submissions
• Plan and manage post bid submission activity:
• Continued activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio.
• Give support and assistance to other bid team members as required, to ensure bid management provides an effective and value adding function throughout the business.
• Manage to prepare the Technical Proposal in response to the RFP/RFQ/RFI and also involved in making the quotation for the Bidding/Tendering process.
• Open to national and international travel (40%)

Desired Skills

• Should have experience of at least 4 complete years in Bid management and Pre-Sales
• Should have been in Techno -Commercial Proposal in response to the RFP/RFQ/RFI and also involved in making the quotation for the Bidding/Tendering process
• Must have experience of analyzing market trends and recommending product enhancement and plans for marketing foot hold in the vertical
• Enthusiastic and a motivator
• Preferably from telecom software background – added advantage if candidate is from an existing OSS / BSS company

Additional Skills

• Manage a team In-house and outdoor.
• Train and mentor next level Bid Manager.

Educational Qualification Engineer + MBA from a reputed institute
Experience Should have 5-8 years of experience
