Mandatory Requirement
- Experience of having managed business process definition and optimization in at least 3-4 projects independently
Job Description
- Analyse and map existing functionality to the requirements.
- Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis.
- Creating statement of requirements (SOR) in a manner to understood by the audience at client end.
- Prepare Functional and specification documents.
- Acting as an interface between the client, Development teams & Project Product Management,
- Designing end-to-end technical processes that map to the business needs
- Making necessary changes to existing interfaces.
- Understanding various Xalted Products & their Architectures, various OSS/BSS solution, ETOM and SID Frame work and their implementation in various telecom Companies.
- Bridge between the senior Project management, strategy planning and the development teams.
- Account management in terms of client coordination for all aspects, resource management & infrastructure alignment as per requirement.
Desired Skills
- Has to have an analytical mind for understanding the customers issues and suggest proactive solutions
- Experience in managing large teams is a must. Thorough knowledge of OSS/BSS solutions / frameworks is a must.
- Exposure to CMM level processes
Additional Skills
- Consulting skills and ability to manage a diverse team of business and technical architects.
- Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
Educational Qualification B B.E / MCA / MBA
Experience Should have 6- 8 years of experience
