Key responsibilities:

• Improve and automate existing test equipment, work with NPI engineers on set up of new tests using software tools.
• Use manufacturing test equipment to perform tests that insure conformance to specification.
• Produce data that will be used to evaluate and improve product quality using Excel, Visual Basic, LabView, Access, and related tools.
• Interpret, analyze, and summarize test data. Interpretation and summaries of data contribute to product and production process improvements.
• Perform failure analysis of rejects (MRB) and customer returns (RMA) and works with various resources to define corrective actions.
• Perform hands-on, high level assembly of complex products, especially new products in order to give feedback to NPI group. 
• Modify Manufacturing Procedures to improve quality and productivity.
• Work with NPI Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering resources as required.
• Actively participate in cross-training programs, which achieve productivity goals as defined by senior management team.
• Provide a positive, proactive attitude towards implementation of management strategies, including continuous improvement, and other identified and communicated quality oriented objectives.
• Contribute to team effort to achieve manufacturing goals.
