RF Technician
Responsibilities:
- Good fundamental understanding of RF/microwave electronic design
- Experience with RF testing in screened/anechoic/environmental chambers
- Good basic understanding of modern computer networking
- Experience with setting up an Ethernet network (computer, switch, router, WLAN, etc.)
- Hands-on experience using RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA, power meter, oscilloscope, etc.)
- Capable of building RF test systems according to pre-defined requirements
- Able to execute and develop RF DVT test plans
- Experience with handling large amounts of test data, documenting test results and preparing test reports
- Able to demonstrate good quality hand soldering and modification/rework on RF PCB’s (down to 0201 size components)
- Experience using Litepoint & Atheros Radio Test (ART/NART) would be a plus
Requirements:
- Background in electrical/electronics, AS degree minimum
- 3 to 5 years industry experience minimum
