Inside Sales Representative

In short, the ISR position is a hybrid role of three equal parts: traditional inside sales, channel sales, and account management.
Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is to generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Aruba product-set in North America.

Additional responsibilities will include:
  • follow-up with prospects from other lead generation activities 
  • work with authorized system integrators and/or reseller partners to close these opportunities; 
  • perform or drive web demonstrations (acting as the primary Aruba product specialist); and 
  • light travel for trade shows, small presentations, and partner seminars.

Requirements:

  • Four year college degree. 
  • Minimum 1-2 years inside or channel sales (business-to-business, consultative, multi-step sales cycle). 
  • Heavy cold calling experience with a strong background in networking (especially 802.11) technologies preferred. 
  • Experience selling highly technical solutions to IT Managers, Directors, and to channels is preferred.
