Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process. 
• Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
• Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams 
• Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations. 
• Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients 
• Meet revenue and bottom line targets 
• Self motivated with strong work ethics 
• Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating. 
• Decent understanding of information technology systems. 
• Ability to work effectively with team member.

Candidate Desired Skill:

Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment. 

Must have successfully worked in partnership with a number of Account Managers/Business Developers.

Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism.
