JOB LOCATION:  Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai

 The Major Responsibility of a Branch Manager is to handle entire Branch Sales & Operation  related to security Systems.

JOB SUMMARY

The Territory Head is responsible for the overall sales effort and effectiveness of the sales team in a branch or Customer Response Centre, in order to achieve the branch objectives.

The Territory Head develops and maintains a high performance sales culture within the branch and is responsible for staff management functions (examples: recruiting, training). The Territory Head pursues sales excellence, works to achieve organizational goals and to increase the long-term value of the business by maintaining high levels of individual and organization performance. In addition the Territory Head assists the sales team in prospecting and securing large customer base.

The Territory Head is responsible for developing customer  elationships, particularly with large customers and working  with the branch operations staff to ensure customer retention  and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Territory Head is responsible for Sales/Marketing/Training and operational activities at Branch Level.

Description:

Plan sales achievement according to the budget and target at  Branch level.
Review, mentor, and monitor performance of each Sales  Representative on their target achievement and different schemes and clubs within the company.
Plan on territory coverage and allocation of territory to each representative
Ensure Group & Team structure is maintained and fulfill the gaps.
Review of sales as well as installation team, review response time, customer complaints etc. at the Branch Level.
Launch & promote incentive schemes at Branch Level to encourage Team Leaders and Representatives.
Planning new method of marketing activity in consultation with seniors and Marketing Division
Develop and impart training program to Sales Representatives, Group Leaders and Team Leaders.
Keep track on orders and outstanding and daily sales transactions.
Should be responsible to control Branch Expenses, bank reconciliation statements, payroll and cash statements.

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post 

Graduation Not Required.
