Web Developer
Location: San Jose, California
Job We are looking for a senior Java web developer/architect to work in a new and very strategic project for the company involving Cloud Computing, Virtualization and Mobile Applications. The primary responsibility for this position will be to lead the development and architecture of our enterprise class web services portal. You will be working with a small team of world-class engineers and researchers on the product definition, prototyping and productization. This position offers great visibility with the Executive team (this is a CEO sponsored project).
The candidate must be experienced in developing and deploying scalable web services. She or he must be very enthusiastic, ingenious and creative. This is a hands-on position and requires an ability to collaborate in small to medium-sized groups in an entrepreneurial environment at our San Jose headquarters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an absolute must have.

Minimum Requirements
- M.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience on Java Web Services design and implementation
- Strong software engineering skills with expertise in Java and MySQL
- Experience with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, AspectJ and JAX-RS
- Design experience in RESTful architectures, scalable databases, load balancers and enterprise security
- Experience with SIP, XMPP, ICE, C++, Amazon EC2 or Google AppEngine are all a big plus!
