- 3+ years of hand on experience in open source application development, especially using scripting languages PHP, Python, Delphi, PERL
- Strong in OOPS cocepts and implementation experience using OOPS
- Good exposure to databases MySQL, Postgress SQL
- Should be capable of architecting the solution on his own
- Should have used open source frameworks like DRUPAL, MAMBO, MOODLE, ZOOMLA etc
- Should have implementation experience in LDAP, CAS and good exposure to web server Apache, JBoss.
- Should hav exposure to project estimation and planning exercises
- Sound knowledge and exposure to source safe tools like VSS, CVS, SVN
- Should be willing to relocate to clients location within India and abroad if required
- Good in communication and should adhere reporting to all stakeholders
- Should be strong in following processes in execution.
