Mandatory skill-set:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings with Key decision makers
  • Complete understanding of Lead generation process
  • Support to follow-up with leads generated

Nice to have Skills:

  • Understands Microsoft Technologies
  • Primary and Secondary research through search engines (LinkedIn, Google & etc…)
  • CRM Understanding

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation for Software Projects through – Phone, Email
  • Tele calling for introduction, Service portfolio & setting up Sales meeting with the decision makers
  • Identifying prospects from databases/ directories
  • Map the Accounts
  • Handle different methods of prospecting e.g. cold calls, email campaigns etc.
  • Collect the required information from prospects for demos.
  • Manage, maintain and updating the call responses in database
  • Making Outbound Calls and explain about our services to clients
  • Set up telephonic / in-person meeting with prospects
  • Regular follow up with the prospects
  • Qualify the database
  • Research and building up prospects lead database
  • Report Generation
  • Work from a script and set appointments with same based on specific objectives of Sales VP/Director.
  • Actively and successfully manage the Lead generation process
