Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze user requirements and develop Siebel test plans and test cases; 
• Install Siebel Server on Unix and Windows OS; 
• Shell Scripting, 
• Siebel OOB component configuration, 
• Siebel Custom Components configuration, 
• Siebel SWE configuration, 
• Resonate Load balancing, 
• Siebel Release Migration – DEV to QA to Prod and Siebel Single Sign-On integration; 
• Document Server installation and troubleshooting; 
• Actuate Report server installation and troubleshooting; 
• Resolve production issues and escalations from business users by utilizing Siebel Administration, 
• Siebel Tools, Workflows; Review progress with Project Manager or other assigned supervisor etc.

Mandatory Skills :

• Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Engineering (any branch) or Information Technology. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
