Senior Financial Analyst

This position will report to the Director of FP&A. Responsibilities will primarily focus on financial support to the company’s Worldwide Marketing organization. Will act as financial business partner to the Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilites:

• Expense and headcount budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Proforma based P&Ls and operating metrics analysis for day to day business activities.
• Marketing program spending analysis & support
• Lead in reporting and process improvement activities
• Ad hoc analytics and operational finance support

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of operational finance experience
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, ERP software packages, and various management reporting and analytic tools
• Detail oriented with a solid foundation in accounting principles
• Direct experience in business unit or marketing financial support a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, supporting both senior financial management and functional business owners Ability to work well on your own and in teams across the organization
• Bachelors degree required. MBA/CPA a plus
