• Responsible for Application/Module design
• Follows appropriate design patterns
• Working with Architects and Engineers on new components and/or subsystems to ensure they are designed with the appropriate level of maintainability
• Excellent programming skills and willing to program
• Performing code reviews
• System optimization
• Unit Testing
• Willing to work in Agile Methodology

Desired Profile

• Experience: 3 – 5 years
• Education: BE/BTech/MCA
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development
• Strong programming and design skills a must
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Experience with Servlets/JSP
• Strong technical experience/skills on Core Java and J2EE application development Working experience Web servers such as WebLogic/Tomcat
• Working experience in MVC patterns – Struts 2, Spring
• Working experience in ORMs such as – Hibernate
• Good experience in RDBMS (Oracle, MS-SQL Server) and XML
• SQL/PLSQL, stored procedures scripting
• Experience in the financial services industry prefered.
