MBA finance from any reputed institute or a Chartered Accountant or US Charter CFA with good knowledge on financial aspects, strong skills in financial analysis, business analysis and Excel based modeling with experience of 3 years and above.
- Should be familiar with C++ and / or Java programming
- Good IQ/ability to grasp new concepts.
- Good IQ/ability to grasp new concepts.
- Excellent communication skills (written / oral) in English
- Experience in statistical modeling tools would be desirable.
- Experience in real estate analytics would be an added advantage.
Projects: Financial Modeling which involves structuring Fixed Income structured products like Asset Backed Securities (ABS) deals, CDO deals etc. from a portfolio of bonds and collateral. The models generate the future cash flows making various assumptions, which aids investment professionals in making profitability analysis under different (prepayments, defaults, interest rates) scenarios.
