Interview Requirement :They need to get their design samples OR show live sites which they have designed. Go through a practical, where they will be given a wireframe to design.

- XHTML/ HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript,Adobe Photoshop, Jquery, Flash, Action script, Basic understanding on JAVA, .NET & PHP
- Optional but beneficial addon Skills : Illustrator, Flash with AS2/3
- Others: Ability to initiate, troubleshoot. Communicate with clients. Hands on experience in web Design and implementation. Client Relationship Management.
