Job Description:

XYKA has an immediate requirement for a talented Senior Software Developer proficient in Microsoft based technologies for its Bangalore office. If you are looking to gain some valuable experience, have a drive for success and want to grow with the company, then this is the right position for you. The individual will be responsible for designing, writing code, developing and executing testing and debugging routines and documenting work and results. As a senior person, you are expected to provide technical guidance to the team and capable of making right technical decisions on your own. You will work closely with other team members and project managers in India and USA to develop projects for customers as well as work on XYKA flagship products.

Desired Profile:

• Must have strong and proven experience in web-based technology.
• Should have at least 3 years exp in ASP.net/ C#.
• Should have ability to write ASP/ASP.NET/VB.NET, C# based web applications.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of previous experience with highly scalable and highly available transactional systems and web applications.
• Experience in Travel and Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience in SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to rapidly deliver tangible results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Previous experience with US based projects is a plus.
• Microsoft certification is a definite plus.

Key Skills Set:

• Dot NET 2.0 and above (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C# , WCF)
• SQL Server 2005/2008, Good in writing SP
• Knowledge in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Multi Layered Architecture, Web Service, RIA

Experience:

• Min 4 yrs
