Job Description:

A Technical Project Manager with experience in managing key accounts, project plans and technical delivery including those of time and budget.

The Technical Project Manager will have to setup, manage development, design and testing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Defines project scope and deliverables
• Works with teams to estimate project duration, cost and resource requirements
• Creates detailed project plans using industry standard methodologies
• Manages day-to-day project activities
• Organizes and runs project meetings
• Reports project status to the rest of the organization.
• Coordinates and manages functional, user acceptance, risk analysis, performance testing
• Manages project dependencies; training, development, quality assurance, documentation, support
• Responsible for the quality of project deliverables
• Ensures that projects are completed on time
• Responsible for prioritization decisions within the project
• Manages change requests throughout the life of the project
• Provides leadership, direction and motivation to the project team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects
• Proven multi-tasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
• Experience in managing continuous moving deadlines and specifications

Technical Expertise:

• Good functional and technical architecture design skills
• In-depth knowledge in Flash and Action Script 3.0
• Experience and ability to oversee the whole project lifecycle from requirements gathering, analysis, development,
• UAT and production release
