2+ years of Work Experience -worked in similar Engineering Design Consultancy firms for Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Fertilizer, Power plants etc.

Skills required :

• Design engineering experience worked for Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Fertilizer, Power plants etc.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Microstation etc is essential.
• Knowledge in ISO standards for Drawings office Practices, Drawing Presentation Skills and well conversant with industry standard Practices.
• Good communication and command over English language

Responsibilities :

• Mechanical design of Static/ Rotary equipments such as Pumps, Turbines Gas Turbine, Gas Compressor, Turbo Expanders, Blowers, Diesel Prime Movers, Pumps, Valves, Fin Fan Coolers, Compressors Columns, Rectors, Drums, Boilers, Oil Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Fixed Head, Floating Head, U-Tube, Breech Lock, Kettle Types, Plate Type Exchangers, Distillation Column, Hydraulic System , Belt Conveyors Hot Vulcanizing, Vessel Loading & Unloading Arms and Fire Protection equipments etc.
• Preparation of Equipment Layout, Plot Plan etc.
• Preparation of Mechanical study drawings.
• Preparation of Equipment Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation model.
• Preparation of Support Design.
• Preparation of Special Support design / Installation Drawings.
• On Screen QC / Plot QC.
• Shall have good communication skills and command over English language.
• Shall carry out engineering activities.

• Shall have hands on experience in softwares - like COMPRESS, PVElite, BJAC, ETANK, Finglow
• Shall have knowledge in International codes and practices like ASME SEC VIII-Div1&2, TEMA, HEI, PIP etc
• Shall have knowledge in International codes and practices
• Shall have a good communication and command over English language.

Responsibility :

Shall be responsible for:

• Sizing Calculations for various Pressure Vessels
• Preparation of Specification for Raw Materials and bought-out items in line with client specifications
• Vendor drawings review
• Inspection of Bought-out items
• Tender Specification & Bid Evaluation
• Project Coordination
• Guiding Designers and Engineers in their work

• We are looking for Manager – Civil (Design Engineering) for our Engineering Services Division in our Hyderabad office. Suitable candidates Should have at least 8 -12 years experience with a minimum of 3 years in a manager role.
• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech with specialization in Civil.
• Should have excellent work experience with STADD Pro.
• Should have excellent communication skills.

Role :

• Understanding the overall scope of project.
• Allotting the work to team members.
• Coordinating with client in all technical matters.
• Planning, Monitoring and controlling the schedules for the allotted project.
• Quality checking.
• Checking of designs and guiding the design team.
• To guide the team members & clarify the day to day queries.
• To train & develop the sub-ordinates.
• Checking of Designing and guiding the design team in day to day activies.
• Final checking of Deliverables.
• Shall interact with Client/Customer for Queries/Clarifications etc.
• Preparation of workflow, work procedures, Design specifications , Guide & Training module for New Joiners.
• Overall Project schedule monitoring.
