• 1-5 years hands-on professional coding experience with JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML, Web Services, Web 2.0 technologies, LAMP, and relational databases
• Strong English, spoken and written, proven analytical ability
• Interest in working in an international/distributed environment

Design Engineer/Web Designer - with 18 - 48 Months experience

Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma
Mandatory:

• XHTML/ HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript,Adobe Photoshop, Jquery, Flash, Action script, Basic understanding on JAVA, .NET & PHP
• Optional but beneficial addon Skills : Illustrator, Flash with AS2/3
• Others: Ability to initiate, troubleshoot. Communicate with clients. Hands on experience in web Design and implementation. Client Relationship Management.

Interview Requirement :They need to get their design samples OR show live sites which they have designed. Go through a practical, where they will be given a wireframe to design.
