Expectation:
Should have overall 6 to 8 years of work experience, with at least 3 years on SAP PI implementation / support projects

Technical Skills :

• Leading a team of 8-10 associates on a "Support project"
• Experience in handling support projects is a must.
• Should be able to independently analyze and document requirements, design and implement interfaces based on the requirements.
• Experience in EDI concepts ALE/Idoc and international data formats like EDIFACT, ANSI is desirable
• Knowledge in handling multiple protocols like ftp, http, smtp etc.
• SAP-ABAP knowledge is added advantage
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with effectively and professionally with internal and external clients
• Must be willing to work in shifts.
• Additionally, experience on diverse EAI technologies like webMethods, TSIM, Open ESB, JBI etc is an added advantage. Tasks:
• Create a Plan for the support activities, identify assumptions, risks and discuss the same with the client/ senior management
• Coordinate with PI analysts on daily basis for the PI support activities and monitor the progress of the activities
• Estimate effort for the Release management cycles
• Facilitate meetings for any issues/ deployment / migration with all the stakeholders
• Participate in status update meetings / provide status updates to client / senior management
• Handle escalations / production down time / show stopper issues and keep the client/senior management informed
• Provide technical direction to the team
• Review architecture/design of other PI projects
