Position Requirements
Proven success in enterprise software sales.
Ability to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals by qualifying, generating, and executing on opportunities.
Build and manage a sales pipeline that will result in consistently reliable sales forecasts and closed business.
Develop a repeatable sales process by applying an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, customer challenges, and industry trends.
Articulate the value of Aveksa's access governance automation software solutions and clearly differentiate the company's solutions in the marketplace.
Possess superior negotiating skills including procurement, licensing, and professional services contracts.
Establish longstanding customer relationships that result in the sales director being viewed as a trusted customer advisor and advocate.
Team player with high ethical standards, integrity, and a desire to be part of a world-class sales organizations.
