Expectation:
Having at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience. Good communication skills. Candidate must be a great individual contributor (Hands-on experience Is must)

Technical Skills :

• Mandatory - Strong Computer Science fundamentals – data structures, performance, Big O Mandatory - Strong written/verbal communication stills.
• Mandatory - 4+ years C# development, thick client applications (C# advanced) – Generics, LINQ, Optimization, Web services, Serialization, Garbage Collection, Performance
• Mandatory - 2+ years WPF development (WPF Medium-Advanced). WPF Core, Data Binding, WPF performance optimizations, XAML, Understanding or ability to quickly grasp the MVVM
• Mandatory - Strong history of professional employment doing .NET development.
• Demonstrated Professional Experience with Click-Once is a big plus.
• Demonstrated Professional Experience with a major consumer facing, shipped, desktop products is a big plus.
• Demonstrated Professional Experience with shipped, desktop products in financial services is a big plus
• Experience only with internal financial services, IT, small consulting projects or internal use only products is a strong minus.
• Start-up experience is a moderate plus.
