Job Description:
Accounting: Preparation of day books, cash & Bank, Sales. Maintaining the general ledger, Account Receivables & Payables. Invoicing, documentation for inward & out ward remittances, foreign exchange. Experience in Pay rolls processing. STIP & custom reports. Monthly closing the books with provisions. Liaison with Bankers and other financial/Govt.
Taxation: Good knowledge of Income tax, TDS, Service tax, working knowledge of TDS returns, Form 16, e TDS. Employee taxation, knowledge of global VAT & GST payment & returns
MIS Reporting: Preparation of Financial Statements, Profit and Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statement, Fund flow Statement, Working Capital Statement. Budgets, actual & variance reports, project costing. Finalization of annual reports
Audit: Preparation for internal audit, statutory & Tax audit and TP audit, coordinating with auditor for finalization.
Technical Knowledge:
Good knowledge of MS Office i.e. MS Excel (Macros, functions, pivot tables) MS Word. Power point.
Tally ERP 9
Knowledge of Quick Book would be an added advantage
