Expectation:
Having at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience. Good communication skills. Candidate must be a great individual contributor (Hands-on experience Is must).

Technical Skills :

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and implement software for Corporate Services suite of products using technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, .NET 3.5, 4.0, WCF, XML, XSL, CSS and SQL Server 2008
• Develop Rich Internet Applications using Javascript and Ajax
• Takes high-level architecture and design models from architects and making them happen through detailed design and code.
• Support the Tech Lead and Architect in building POCs and doing research.
• Participates in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews, and contribute to development project estimates, scheduling, test plans, and code reviews.
• Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product.
• Proactively identifies and resolves potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.
• Regularly informs manager on progress of project, identifying risks early in the process.
• Demonstrates self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources.
